一、全自动油炸机详细产品说明：

1、 整机设备采用分体式设计，其主要有独立燃煤炉、引风机、烟囱、油炸机、自动出料框和自动控制配电箱六部分组成。

2、 采用室内油炸，外部燃烧方式，工作环境与燃煤采用墙壁隔离方式，这样完全符合国标食品卫生标准。

3、 采用引风方式燃烧，燃煤省、提温快，费用底，节省燃煤50％以上，每小时只需8公斤煤即可。

4、 燃烧系统整体为负压，这样在燃烧过程中产生的碳灰通过引风机随烟排出，工作过程中就避免产生烟灰堵加热管道的现象。

5、 加热方式是采用管道热风加热式，热量利用率高，可实现全程自动控温，油温提升快，油炸温度*，生产效率高。

6、 采用上zui流行的油水混合油炸工艺设计，油炸过程中产生的食品残渣沉入底部水里，而且渣中的油被水浸泡后油又回到油层，排出来的全是食品渣，这样油质用多久都不会因渣碳化而致油变黑现象产生，彻底避免产品上有附着碳化合物现象。

7、 油炸底部合部采用多漏斗设计，排渣阀在漏斗尖部，这样就可很方便的将油炸过程中产生的油渣排放干净，没有残留渣现象，上口及出料采用我公司设计，出料入料油不会溢出，整体外部有会有油，很干净。

8、 本机采用全自动出料和半自动控制两种方式，具有很强的人性化设计，在油炸工艺一定的情况下，可完全实行自动油炸工艺，如有其他要求时，可实现半自动控制方式。
